Ms. Ledbetter-Glaude is the founder of the HOI Network” Internet Radio Station and Creator of the “House of Inspiration Show”. She is the president of Inet Productions Inc, a music production company that specializes in the development of instrumental, vocal and performance skills. She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, receiving a Bachelor of Music degree 

For the last 10 years, 4 time award winning Female Music Producer of New England’s Urban Award Monet A. Ledbetter-Glaude better known as (“Angel Mone’t”), has opened up a musical window of original and contemporary music that lets in the likes of Pop, Funk, Hip Hop and Caribbean music. She has created a phenomenal revolution in the world of Children’s music through her original songs filled with uplifting themes. 

As a song writer, performer, vocalist, pianist and playwright, her fresh blend of soulful vocals, positive lyrics and up beat rhythms has touched the hearts of many across the country raving for her CD “Jack’s World”, filled with motivational and inspirational messages of Love, Family and Self-Esteem. Mone’t has also written, performed, produced and recorded her latest song “MY TEACHER” which is a tribute to teachers all over the world. Now, with the anticipated release of her new Album, “Children Are A Gift”, on Rossy Records, Monet Ledbetter- Glaude is sure to set new standards.

GERALD RICHARDSON II aka HOT BERRY BLACK

Gerald L Richardson II (Hotberryblack) born in Verdun France as a military brat came to Massachusetts in 1974. In the summer of 1980 Gee Clef was created when Gerald after watching a local DJ rock a block party decided to become a DJ too. By the year 1984 Gee Clef was rocking at a neighborhood club called Lane’s as well as the Page Cafe which was another neighborhood club. By the 1990’s Gee Clef was rocking all the major clubs and becoming a household name now changed to JAMMIN GEE-CLEF. Gerald started writing music and producing tracks in the 90’s while pursuing his DJ career. In the early 2000’s Gerald changed his stage name to HOTBERRYBLACK and quickly started learning how to shoot and edit video working with a local inspirational Teen Band called So Amazing. Gerald is currently the PD for the HOI Network as well as the co-host for the House of Inspiration show.

Anita Robinson began her radio career in Baltimore, Maryland (WEAA FM 88.9) on the campus of Morgan State University.  It was there she continued to cultivate her love for jazz music.

 Music has always inspired Anita especially jazz.  She used to listen to two local radio stations that had jazz formats.  Norfolk State University 91.1 FM and Hampton University 88.1 FM.   Anita has worked for Willis Broadcasting and Clear Channel radio in Norfolk, Virginia. 

Currently, she works for Chesapeake Public Schools as a Special Education teacher.

STANLEY T. “DAPP” JENKINS Jr. aka MR.MAN

In 1988 Stan joined the Dance team @Boston City Lights Foundation, a dance, theater, music and all around arts establishment in Boston Ma. After winning a local dance competition we were converted to and R&B singing group where I covered the lower register at Bass & 3rd Tenor while signed to Solid Platinum records. Through several group member changes we formed The Rythm & Blues Quartet J.E.S.T IV in 1992. After a lengthy, hardcore training and artist development we recorded a four track promotional demo that opened several doors. We began performing again in 1993 with What’s The 411? A performance series on a syndicated cable network for unsigned artists in the Tri-state. This along with other local and regional venues leading to opening act gigs with the likes of: Run D Mc, Chris Bender, Zhane, 112, Adina Howard, Men Of Vision, The Herb Reed and The Platters, The Manhattans and a host of others. J.E.S.T IV had their final performance at the Inkwell’s Beach on Martha’s Vineyard on the first annual 4th of July celebration. Today the three core members have moved on to different ventures including film, ministry, radio any community service yet remain banded as brothers.

COSTELLAR B. LEDBETTER aka STELLA RELLA

Costellar B. Ledbetter, is a highly-regarded civic and business leader, well-known for her outstanding contributions through-out the world, and in her home of Hampton Road, VA. Momma Sister as she is affectionately called is a seasoned social activist, healing agent, and visionary leader. Ms. Ledbetter is a highly sought after public speaker, thought and opinion leader on issues ranging from chronic health disease prevention, rural social determinants of health, as well as civil and human rights for marginalized communities. Under her leadership as an executive partner and owner of Rillco, Inc., a state-wide minority-owned business, specializing in environmental services and systems, Costellar has and her team have been responsible for establishing numerous training, and technical assistance initiatives for minorities interested in starting small businesses.

She has a passion for building strong programs that serve the health needs of the elderly in the community, as well as children of women in distress. She is the immediate past president of the Suffolk Retired Teacher Association; President of Nansemond-Suffolk Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and a member of the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE). Mrs. Ledbetter currently serves as the chaplain for the Zeta Epsilon Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., and formerly served as the chapter’s tamiouchus, and served as the financial secretary/treasurer of the National Council of Negro Women.
